1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any).
  • The product should not have any stains, perfume smell, damage, or signs of use.

Returns will not be accepted if the product does not meet the above conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products with removed tags
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Clearance or final sale items, if applicable

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

When submitting a request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Send a return request with your order details and reason for return to the customer support email.
  2. After approval, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging before shipping.

After the returned item is received and inspected:
